Your facial may include deep cleansing, steam treatment, exfoliation, extractions, individualized treatment masque, moisturizer application, and massage.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment provide a 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. Oncology Spa requires a 24 hour minimum cancellation notice for all appointments. The service fee of 50% will be required for any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. The fee for the scheduled session will be no-refundable for a no-show, with no exceptions. We do allow a 15 min grace period; however that time will be deducted from your service time. Please arrive 15 mins early to your appointment to receive your full service. If you purchased a Groupon voucher, for a cancellation less than the 24 hour timeframe or no-show you will be responsible to pay Oncology Spa by CPC a service fee of 50% before booking your next appointment.
